- MIC Lite is a self-service dashboard that allows very granular deep-dives, however EBH provides pre-curated executive reports that are designed specially for Executive level audience.
- Unlike MIC, EBH homepage provides a quick holistic performance summary across clearing, card not present and operational performance and executive reports follow a storyline that starts with an executive summary and then deep dives into top performance areas. Quick navigation buttons on homepage allow deep dives into specific interest areas without the need for scrolling through dashboards.
- EBH provides much limited filter options than MIC but users can easily switch between their debit/credit portfolios, view performance for Domestic/Cross-Border/CP/CNP etc. using toggle buttons on reports.
- EBH also provides textual summaries on each section for easy understanding.
- Auth Diagnostics provides insights based on raw data as well as cleansed data. However, MIC provides insights based on cleansed data only.
- Auth Diagnostics provides authorization insights on Automatic Billing Updater (ABU) program, Card-on-file transactions, MDES, 3DS, Card verification code etc. – this is not available on MIC Lite
- Auth Diagnostics also contains best practises in each section that issuers can follow to optimize their approval rate performance.
Diagnose products are different from MIC in terms of executive summaries, storyline, UX, ease of consuming insights without the need to make multiple selections on filters. What's also different is the spend forecasting report that provides spend forecasts for current and next year for different acquisition groups. Auth Diagnostics provides insights on approval rate performances for ABU, 3DS etc. - this is not available on MIC, and cardholder analytics provides GDPR compliant benchmarking insights in real time, across multiple dimensions and without the need for an analytics team.
Improve business performance through executive insights and granular analytics capabilities.
